COMMUNITY SERVICE
I currently serve as the volunteer assistant volleyball coach at Interboro High School. Additionally, I have been given the privilege of serving on two missions trips: one to Peru, building on a bible college campus, and one to New Jersey, doing Hurricane Sandy relief and working at a VBS camp. In high school, I was a member of the group that started THON- an all night event to raise money for pediatric cancer research. I have also volunteered as a camp counselor for a VBS camp for numerous summers.

ATHLETICS
I played on the Houghton College Varsity Volleyball Team for four years. For my junior and senior years, I served as the Team Chaplain. During the 2019 season, we made it to the Empire 8 Tournament.

In High School I played Volleyball, Basketball, and Softball. I served as a captain in all three sports my senior year.

WHAT ELSE?
In addition to my schoolwork and research, I like to read about the philosophy of mathematics, particularly how math informs Christianity and how Christianity informs math.

In my free time, I like to spend my time with friends, read a dystopian fiction novel, or watch a corny romantic comedy. Sometimes I write poems too.
